Dark Elf Dark Pegasus

This model was built using pieces from the following models: Wood Elf plastic Steed, New Prince Tyrion's horse tail and Dark Elf Shield [from base], Dark Elf character on Dragon legs, Corsair torso, Ltd. Ed. Dark Elf Standard bearer's Standard, Khorne Lord skull base, Mordheim crossbow, Chaos Vehicle accessory sprue, Dark Pegasus wings and the lance arm from the old Prince Imrik of the High Elves.

I used the plastic steed because the actual Dark Pegasus is pretty small and the Corsair is a big model. It would have looked pretty dumb to have a tiny horse and a huge rider. In the end I think that the plastic horse is just a better mount, esp. after I put the horn on its head.
