Commissar Kal Banath Head Guess Contest

Thanks to everyone that participated. What a blast to read all the guess. As I said on the 19th I would post the winning answer and the top 5 incorrect answers. It is interesting to note that the number one incorrect answer had more guesses than the correct answer.

I had said that I had converted the head, except that the face was the same. The head had a crazy bunch of matted hair that I removed and replaced with the commissar hat.
