SKULLSMASHA'S BATTLE WAGON
I had an old painted Crusader Land Raider in a box in my basement that I based my Battle Wagon on.  While this vehicle is quite large it has the foot print of the original land raider plus the def rolla.  I made it so that it can carry 19 models plus a boss in the top tower.  With the kill kannon it can carry 12 models total, just like the codex stipulates.  Both the def rolla and the kill kannon can be removed so the vehicle can be armed in various ways.  More pictures can be found here.

WARHOUND TITAN
I am sure that most of you that have seen this model on Forgeworld have had some desire to paint it.  It is truly a fantastic piece of military armour.  The nice thing for me is that I did not have to clean the model or assemble it.  My friend did that and I offered to do the airbrushing once he was done.  After airbrushing it I just figured I should finish it for him...needless to say he was ok with that.  One point of note on the painting of the titan.  I decided to do the two shin plates in different colours to reflect the need to scavenge parts on the battle field. All credit for the fantastic battle base are his, from the dynamic poses of the soldiers to the shattered floor tile.  More pictures of this fantastic model can found here.

ORK TRUKK
This was a fun model to build.  Basically I decided I needed a trukk for a unit of boyz so I built one from scratch.  I had used most of a trukk kit when I built my Skull Hamma but I had just enough pieces left to make this trukk look cool.  I love the fact that it looks like a converted 1930 cargo truck.  More pictures of both the finished product and the bare plastic work in progress can be found here.

GOLIATH CLASS WORLD BREAKER TANK
This model was a serious labour [of love].  No less than 400 hours was put into this project and countless dollars for parts and tools.  As I said on the main page, I really like Apocalypse and this piece sums it up I think.  It was made from 4 Baneblade kits, Cities of Death buildings, Forgeworld resin pieces, and assorted things I had laying around.  It plays as a Warlord Titan on our Apocalypse table using the 'As is' rule found in the basic Apocalypse book.  The turbo laser side sponsons are exactly the same size as the ones found on a warhound titan [Pictures of a warhound will be coming, I painted one for a friend.]  The turret mounted Apocalypse missile launcher is obvious and the main fixed hull weapon could be just about any of the arm weapons for a Warlord.  More pictures can be found here.

SKULL HAMMA'
This model was done in my Baneblade series of tanks.  It took quite a long time to cobble together and an equally long time to paint.  I widened a Baneblade with plastic card and since it is just about as wide as I felt it could be I decided to build it up.  The FW Evil Sunz emblem and the WHFB Evil Sunz icons really help to bring the model to life.  More pictures can be found here.

DEF DRED 'Da Krumpa'
This model was done so I could have a very unique and huge model for my ork army.  I am not at all concerned with the new LoS rules since orks don't care about such things.  For this models back story and more pictures go here.

SCYTHED HIERODULE
Every since this model was released from Forgeworld I have want to paint one.  With Apocalypse I now had a reason to get the model other than just for painting.  I went with a combination of organic tones and a deep red that combine for a pretty striking paint scheme on the table.  More pictures can be found here.
