This model is likely one of the worst models in the GW range of figures. It is WAY too static and the pose is so silly. That being said it was a challenge to get up the desire to paint the figure. I almost didn't take him [oh, what a mistake that would have been] because of this. In the end I decided to paint him in the lighter colours of the army so that he really stood out against the darker teal of the force.

The Tau characters do not say anything on his robe and are only there for effect. The picture of his back was deleted before I could edit it but it is really no great loss. Just more fine line textures and writing on the hem.

In the end I am happy with the way he turned. He does stand out from the army and at the same time is obviously part of the force.
